Jack L. Rutledge Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack L. Rutledge (Sedan, Kansas), born in Cedar Vale, Kansas, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rutledge and Lela Rutledge; his siblings, Cardin Rutledge, A'Meta Dilley and Judy Stadig; his nephew Roy Rutledge; and his great-niece Melanie Rutledge.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Allen Stadig of Soldier Pond. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews, 43 great -great nieces and nephews, 4 great-great-great nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established through the Blue Devil Foundation in memory of Jack Rutledge. Donations may be left with Dickens Family Funeral Home or the office at Sedan High School, 416 E. Elm Street, Sedan, Kansas 67361.
