She was predeceased by: her father William Franklin; her daughters, Libby Hill and Felicia Miller; her grandson Matthew Rodes; and her pet Cody.
She is survived by: her mother Mildred Marie Fordyce (Spencer) of Parkersburg; her husband Ronald Brown; her son George Lowell Brown III (Tammy) of Topeka; her grandsons, Levi Miller of Marinette and Bryson Brown of Chicago; and her sister Marilyn Morrison (Scott) of Parkersburg. She is also survived by her family and her dogs.
