He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Nolan and Agnes Nolan (Clark); his daughter Shari Herndon; his brother James Bradford; and his grandson Jose L. DeLeon Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Eva Bailey of Sedan, Kansas; his children, Aurora Taylor (Jimmy) of Valley Center, Jessi Martinez Zepeda (Enrique) of Wichita, Kansas, Bailey (Debbie) of Ozark and Jason Hall (Cindy) of Wichita, Kansas; and his sisters, Evelyn and Marie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
