He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Kelly and Eva Kelly (Jackson); his former wife Mary Lou Layton; and his brothers, Robert, Paul and Gene Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Richardson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Jody Green and Jean Ann West of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his brother Chuck Kelly of Grainola, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
