With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Irene Morgan of Scranton, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Wilma Irene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wilma Irene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Barraclough and Margaret Barraclough. She is survived by: her children, Larry Morgan (Debbie) and Sandra Cockrum (Dave). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1605 Oak Hill Ave, Lawrence, KS 66044).
