He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Skaggs, Sr. (Davis); and his sister Lana Bradbury. He is survived by: his father Robert Skaggs, Sr. of Scranton; and his sons, Rodney Skaggs of Shawnee, Robbie Skaggs of Menifee, Broc Skaggs of Denver and John Skaggs of Wichita. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
