She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Berning and Hilda Simons Berning; her spouse Arden H. Knobbe; and her siblings, Eugene, John, Mary Louise, Joann, Robert and Cork.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leta (Duane Berning) and Rita Knobbe of Baton Rouge; her siblings-in-law, Roxanne Berning of Augusta and Edward (Shirley Knobbe); and her granddaughters, Ashley Berning of Garden City, Laura Ann Janusick of Leoti and Chelsea Dooley of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by five Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church of Marienthal (210 2nd St, Marienthal, KS 67863). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery.
