He is survived by: his children, Roy Rios of Scott City, Andrew Rios of Scott City, Alex Rios of Scott City, Olivia Enriquez of Scott City, Debbie Oronia of Scott City and Laurie Rios of Scott City; and his siblings, Tony Rios of Garden City, Juanita Otero of Holcomb, Ramona Gandarilla of Holcomb, Mary Garcia of Holcomb, Lupe Rios of Garden City, Elena Rios of Denver, Francis Rios of Dodge City, Anita Rios Tretto of Dodge City and Betsy Villanueva of Texas, Fifteen. He is also survived by Fifteen Grandchildren, Eleven Great Grandchildren.
