He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcos Gutierrez and Herminia Herrera; his brother Jose Luis Gutierrez; his nephew Eleazar Dominguez; and his niece Gregoria Ocon.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Franco; his children, Crystal (Chris Varnado), Aubriana Gutierrez of Scott City, Jacob Franco of Scott City, Samuel (Luisa Esparza) and Joshua Franco of Scott City; and his siblings, Gloria Gutierrez of Denver, Antonia Dominguez of Denver, Isabel, Toni Gutierrez of Denver, Miguel Gutierrez of New Mexico, Juan, Estella Gutierrez of Denver, Gabriel, Rosalba Gutierrez of Denver, Maria Gutierrez of Denver, Ignacio, Norma Gutierrez of Dumas, David Gutierrez of Durango and Thirteen. He is also survived by Thirteen Grandchildren.
