With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Genoveva Prieto of Scott City, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Genoveva left this world on April 8, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Rodriguez and Caledonia Balderrama Rodriguez. She is survived by: her husband Pablo Prieto of Roswell; her children, Carlos (Mishele Prieto), Efrain (Adrienne Prieto), Jaime (Sandra Viviana Prieto), L. Elena (Francisco Guerrero), Genoveva Cunningham of Beaumont, Patricia Prieto of San Bernardino and Veronica (Jose Manuel Garcia); and her grandchildren, Chandra Guerrero of Covina, Adrian Guerrero of Covina, Viviana Avigail of Lake Jackson, Jaime Andress of Lake Jackson, Mateo Nicolas of Lake Jackson, Brittany (J. P. Parker), Marcus Cunningham of Beaumont, Tyler Cunningham of Beaumont, Stefani (Kyle Brown), Kyshia (Joseph Jarnagin), Michael Prieto (Yasmin Hernandez), Marissa (Matthew Eickleberry) and Erik (Kassidy Prieto). She is also survived by 23 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Price & Sons Funeral Home (401 S Washington St, Scott City, KS 67871). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
