He was predeceased by: his parents, George Andrew and Thelma Lucille Coleman Woods; his brothers, Darrell Woods and Manley Woods; and his granddaughter Shelby Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Woods of Scott City; his children, Jamie and Kim; and his siblings, Carter Woods of El Dorado, Rosetta Hayes of Leoti and Jackie Aldrich of Olathe.
Memorials in Lieu of Flowers may be given to the Dennis P. Woods Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Homes.
