He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Mulligan of Scott City; his brothers, Brad Mulligan of Sallisaw and Bryan (Linda Mulligan); his niece Nickole Saulsbery of Damascus; and his nephews, Clay (Emily Mulligan), Trace Mulligan of Scott City and Legend Mulligan of Sallisaw.
