She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Sorenson and Bessie Sorenson (Brasher); and her son Terry Childress of Wolfforth, Texas.. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Barr (Steven) of Scott City, Brenda Chambers (Chris) of Georgetown, Shonda Childress of Gold Smith, Betty Ann Dougherty (Jim) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Ricky Madison of Andrews, Texas. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ratliff Funeral Home (303 E Broadway St, Denver City, TX 79323).
