He is survived by: his nephew Dan; his wife Tina Kohl (Mask) of Schoenchen, KS; his children, Russ of Hays, KS and Faith of Kansas City, KS; his brother Rick Kohl (Kelly) of Moundridge, KS; his nephew Trevor; his brother Scott Kohl of Saint George, KS; his stepbrother Sean Passmore of Fort Collins, CO; and his son Nick.
