It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allan Dean Milner of Scandia, Kansas, born in Belleville, Kansas, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Milner and Neva Milner (Boman); and his brothers, Emil and Richard. He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Schilling of Belleville, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be given to the Allan "Dean" Milner memorial fund.
