He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett L. Salkill and Amanda Salkill (Andrus); his wife Marjorie Salkill; and his brothers, Loren, Rudolph and Willard Salkill.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Salkill of Missouri, Brenda Salkill of Missouri, Randal Salkill of Missouri, Donald Salkill of Missouri and Emmett Salkill of Scammon, KS; and his siblings, Beverly Salkill and Carrol Salkill. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
