He was predeceased by: his father Bill Kimball of Galesburg, IL; and his stepfather Earl Picken of Wilmington, DE.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kimball of Oswego, KS.; his mother Blanche Picken of Wilmington, DE; his brother Bill Kimball of Frontenac, KS; his half-sister Becky Carnes of Blue Grass, Iowa; his children, Scott Kimball (Katrina) of Eureka, CA, Melissa Pugh (Kenneth), Marsha Kuykendall (Brian) and William Kimball (Tracey) of Covington, TN.; and his grandchildren, Jackie Barrom, Dustin Pugh, Elizabeth Pugh, Johnathan Kimball, Lorene Kimball, Ana Kimball and Alyssa Kimball.
In lieu of flowers, he would like donations to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
