He is survived by: his children, Blaze Allen Swank Jr., Briley Brakebill of Joplin, MO and Bailey Swank of Joplin, MO; his siblings, Mark Anthony Swank II (Brittany) and Lenna Westervelt; and his grandmothers, Olga Knapp of Las Vegas, NV and Fernessa Swank. He is also survived by two nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
