He is survived by: his mother Ramona Ruiz (Rivero); his wife Rosa Ruiz; his children, Erica Ruiz of Liberal, KS., Alejandro Ruiz (Miriam) of Ulysses, KS. and Rosalio Ruiz of Satanta, KS.; and his siblings, Martin Ruiz (Erika) of Midland, TX., Miguel Ruiz (Carmen) of Lincoln, NE., Diego Ruiz of Columbus, NE., Gabriel Ruiz (Yeni) of Columbus, NE., Manuela Chavez of Columbus, NE. and Ana Azpeitia (Rafael) of Columbus, NE.. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for Rosalio Ruiz Education Fund, in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 747, Satanta, KS 67870.
