Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mearle Simpson of Satanta, Kansas, born in Cimarron, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 89, on February 27, 2022. He was predeceased by: his wife Ila Marie Gressly; and his parents, Forrest Simpson and Lucille Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lea Weeks, Susan Marie Palmgren (Sam) and Scott Brian Simpson; his sister Katherine Andrews; and his grandchildren, Andrea Fink, Darcy Weeks and Brent Weeks. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorial contributions be made to the Satanta Long Term Care Unit, in care of Weeks Family Funeral Home & Crematory, PO Box 1200, Sublette, Ks 67877.
