He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Rubio and Rosa Rubio (Morales); his children, Moraima Rubio and Miguel Angel Rubio; his sisters, Gerarda and Maria Rubio; his son-in-law Rosalio Ruiz; and his sister-in-law Pilar Rubio.
He is survived by: his wife Olga Rubio (Leyva); his children, Jesus Noe Rubio (Marisol) of Garden City, KS, Rojelio Rubio (Nicole) of Sublette, KS, David Rubio of Satanta, KS., Rosa Ruiz (Norma Rubio), Teresa Salazar (Nati), Myrta Flores (Miguel) and Ana Trejo (Oscar) of Victoria, TX.; his siblings, Fernando Rubio of Andrews, TX, Reynaldo Rubio of Odessa, TX, Jesus Manuel Rubio (Chihuahua) of Cuchillo Parado, Constancia Muniz (Pablo), Berta Pimenteo (Lorenzo) and Dolores Rubio of Odessa, TX.; his grandchildren, Erica Ruiz, Alejandro Ruiz, Rosalio Ruiz Jr., Miguel Ángel Flores Jr., Edgar Andrés Flores, Edwin Adán Flores, Jesús Adrián Rubio, Danny Rubio, Jacob Salazar, Nati Salazar Jr., Lorenzo Salazar, Monica Moraima Trejo, Erik Trejo, Kylie Ann Trejo, Exavior Rojelio Gonzales, Quinnton Deon Rubio and Johnathan Ray Rubio; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Moreno, Marley Moreno, Elliana Flores, Ayven Kai Rivera, Kaden Alan Rubio and Everly Kay Salazar. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Guadalupe Rubio Morales Memorial Fund, in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 747, Satanta, Kansas 67870.
