He is survived by: his sister Carol Jean; his spouse Evaline M. Stimpson (Jackie) of Hugoton; his daughter Athena Lynn Sandusky; his wife Pat Sandusky; his children, Athena Gentry (Gary) of Aurora, Tammy Davis (Larry) of Garland Texas, Karla Leisher (Brett) of Beaver, Oklahoma and Jeffrey Sandusky (Shelby) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his sister Carol Quillen of Hugoton, Kansas. He is also survived by Children, 16 Great Grand Children and 2 Great Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
