He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilford Keener and Betty Keener (Stone); his sister Debbie Keener; and his brother-in-law Chris Hostas. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Keener (Mitchell); his sons, Brandon Keener of Kansas City, MO and James (Carrie Keener); his sisters, Sherry (Kevin Fields), Wanda Hostas of Arizona and Rhonda (Joe Kolacek) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Jordon Long), Bailey McCreary, Kyle McCreary and Desira Keener; and his great grandchildren, Landon Long and Alexandria.
