He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dionisio, Juana Rios, Rogelio and Guadalupe Meraz. He is survived by: his parents, Manuel Rios and Nancy Elizabeth Rios (Meraz); and his siblings, Manuel Rios-Meraz, Valeria Rios-Meraz, Stephanie Rios-Meraz and Nancy Rios-Meraz. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robson Funeral Home - Satanta (217 Sequoyah St, Satanta, KS 67870). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Satanta High School (100 Caddo St, Satanta, KS 67870).
