He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alexandra and Birdie Hughan (Youngs); his wife Mary Jo; and his siblings, Alexander Merle (Bill), Sandy Alfred, Dolar Alan (Shorty), Melvin Dale (Whitey), Marvin Dean (Dean), Alva Joy (Joy), Agnes Delores Sidebottom, Wilma Arlene Rutherford and Donald Dwain (Donny).
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Baker (Kolby) of Kansas City, MO. and Melissa Hughan; his grandson Donyvan Jackson of Aurora, CO.; and his sisters, Lora Lucille Cox of Meade, KS. and Lorretta Louise Stone.
In lieu of flowers the memorial has been established for Satanta Baptist Church or Satanta Long Term Care Unit.
