He was predeceased by: his parents, Agapito Rios and Bertha Rios; and his brothers, Agapito Jr. and Alfredo Rios. He is survived by: his wife Synthia; his children, Gillian, Joshua of Sublette, KS, Krystian and Jaxon; his granddaughter Alleiana Rios of Satanta, KS; and his siblings, Elfida Barajas, Peggy Angelas, Jane Quejado, Kathy Soria, Irene Zapata, Mary Martinez, Mickey Rios, Eduardo Rios, Michael Rios and Amedt Barajas.
