He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Vaupel and Stella M. Vaupel (Yockers); his wife Ellen; and his brother Don Vaupel. He is survived by: his sons, William Vaupel Jr., Gary Vaupel (Tamra) and Ronald Vaupel (Suzanne).
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (255 S 7th St, Salina, KS 67401). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Roselawn Memorial Park (1920 E Crawford St, Salina, KS 67401).
