He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Schrader; and his grandson Crosby. He is survived by: his father Raymond Schrader; his wife Debra Schrader (Leighton); his children, Lori Killingsworth (Dylan), Joshua Schrader (Laura) and Clayton Schrader (Maret); his siblings, Gene Schrader and Sharon Campbell; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hunter, Izabella, Olivia, Charlotte, Abigail and Cora.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Midwest Transplant Network and the Ronald McDonald House.
