He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Gage; his stepfather Dwight Gage; his sisters, Brenda Henry and Wendy Sommers (David); his stepbrother Robert Gage (Melanie); his nieces, Amie Sommers and Alisha Gage; and his nephew Nathan Gage.

Memorials may be made to Hope Lodge, Kansas City, MO, care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
