He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Allen and Royce Gaye Carrier (Linsenmayer); and his sister Shawn Bartow. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his sons, Jason Carrier (Clara Lucia) and Nathan Carrier (Lindsey); his grandsons, Nicolas Carrier, Benton Carrier, Beckett Carrier and Ethan Carrier; his stepsister Rita Macy (Bob); and his stepmother Shirley Carrier.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation of the Heartland.
