He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Percival and Bertha Percival (Berthelson); his wife Mary Lou; his son-in-law David Simmons; his grandson Tom Pilcher; and his siblings, Norval "Jack", Robert "Clay", Walter "Pach" Percival, Carmen "Naurine" Kissick, Lena "Sis" Crider, Margaretta "Greta" Nelson, Patricia "Pat" Plumer and Valeria "Joan" King.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Simmons and Kurt Percival (Angela); his grandchildren, Matthew Simmons (Shannon), Jason Simmons (Alison) and Alicia Simmons; his great grandchildren, Kole S., Kole T., Kaileigh, Kamarin, Elizabeth, Madalyn, Killian and Dane; and his great great grandchildren, Jaxson, Mason, Everleigh, Aiden and Avanelle. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
