He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Kerr; his father Melvin Kerr; his parents-in-law, Floyd James Logan and Margaret Logan; his niece Emily Kerr; and his son-in-law Terry McCullough.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marci McCullough and Mindy Johnson; his son-in-law John Johnson; and his grandsons, Allen and Cameron Johnson. He is also survived by adopted daughters, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
