She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Bolte and Clara Bolte (Detmer); her spouse Lee Haworth Jan; her children, Joanne Rodecap (Doug) of Auburn and Bob Haworth (Brenda Schewe) of Salina; her grandchildren, Sara (Parker) of Shawnee, Kyle (Ciara) of Cheney and Ryan (Lindsey) of Salina; and her great grandchildren, Cecilia, Regina of Shawnee, Paisley, Daxton of Cheney and Liam of Salina.
