He is survived by: his father Jim Plummer; his stepmother Irene Plummer of Liberal; his mother Donna L. Nelson Atkins; his stepfather Joseph Atkins of Liberal, Kansas.; his brother Tylor C. Plummer of Salina; his sister-in-law Stephanie Plummer; his nieces and nephews, Taisley and Tanner Plummer; and his stepsisters, Kimberly Sheldon (Steven) of Wichita, Alison Weeks of Bethany and Brittany Arana of Spearman, Texas..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hornung Family Funeral Home (1212 W 2nd St, Liberal, KS 67901). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (1510 N Calhoun Ave, Liberal, KS 67901-2199). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oakley Cemetery.
