He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Briand and Nancy Cassel Briand (LeFan); and his sister Julie. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Kendra Cassel), Nick Cassel, Sarah (Kelly Cassel), Kaitlyn (Jacob Owen), Whittney (Luis Fleites) and Jayce (Kenneth Larson); his grandchild Averill Dewey; his former wife Paula Cayce; his siblings, Charlie and Mindy; his grandchildren, Jakob, Jarah, Grayson, Ella, Ayvah, Dekklan, Mateo, Aaliyah, Emberlee, Astor, Ryker, Stevie, Noah and Kadynce; and his great grandchild June.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson Family Funeral Home (405 Argyle Ave, Minneapolis, KS 67467).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with burial expenses.
