She was predeceased by: her parents, Nestor Rivera and Juanita Rivera; her husband Wilbur Smith Sr.; her children, Jody Ann Madrid and Mario Madrid; her grandson Garriett Smith; and her siblings, Cordy Rivera, Hina Williams and Daniel Rivera.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Madrid, Vincent Madrid, Wilbur Smith Jr. "Billy" and Karen Burkholder.
