She is survived by: her husband John Lewandowski; her children, Rick Lewandowski (Veronica) of West Grove, PA and Kimberly McBride (Lewandowski) of Salina, KS.; her grandchildren, Michael Lewandowski (Megan Francis) of Lake Wales, FL, Erin (Lewandowski) and Kochka (Kevin) of West Grove, PA.; her great grandchildren, Harper and Emersyn Kochka of West Grove, PA.; her sister Marilyn Griffin (Oberndorfer) of Overland Park, KS; her nephew Bryan Griffin (Sara) of Overland Park, KS; her nieces, Allison (Griffin), Blunt (Topher), Ashlyn Griffin, Abbey Griffin, Karen Gajdorus, Lynn Zentner and Kris Krajnovich; and her close friend John.
