He was predeceased by: his father Eddie De Herrera II; and his brother Jimmy De Herrera. He is survived by: his wife Monika De Herrera; his mother Mayo De Herrera of Salina; his siblings, Roger De Herrera of Topeka, Dan De Herrera, Vernon De Herrera, Darlene Pena of Vail, Lillian De Herrera of Salina and Vivian Jones; his children, Eddie De Herrera IV of Wichita and Adrienne De Herrera of Salina; and his grandsons, Adan, Alex, Andrew (Tiny) and Blake.
