Doris M. Cole Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris M. Cole of Salina, Kansas, who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hornsby and Doris Hornsby (Warner); her husband Robert Cole; her son William; her stepson Michael LaOrange; her grandson Michael; her great grandchild Ethan; and her daughter-in-law Candy.
She is survived by: her children, Paul, Keith (Pam), Frank (Sandy), James (Julie) and Marilyn Connelly (Cory); her grandchildren, Rich (Beth), Jeremiaha, David, Steven (Carly), Brian, Tracee Powell (Jeff), Cassee, Anna Knepper (Adam) and Trevor; her close friend Pat LaOrange; and her stepson Trace LaOrange (Brenda).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilson Family Funeral Home (405 Argyle Ave, Minneapolis, KS 67467). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Doris's memory be made to the Bennington High School athletic department or Kenwood View Nursing Facility and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467.
