It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Schneider of Salina, Kansas, born in Ellsworth, Kansas, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Soukup and Edith Soukup (Bruning); and her brother Scott Soukup. She is survived by: her children, Heather Westbrook (Chad) of Lindsborg, KS, Eric Nienke (Randi) of Ellsworth, Kim Schneider of Kanopolis, KS and Jake Schneider (Kim) of Carneiro, KS; her grandchildren, Kylie, Gus, Roselyn, Kaeden, Elliette, David, Dannie, Derek and Jayden; and her siblings, Jim (Pam), Gary (Becky), Steve (Gale) and Paula Soukup.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Salina Regional Health Center Auxiliary (a nursing scholarship will be established in Carla's name), c/o Parsons Funeral Home, PO Box 45, Ellsworth, KS 67439.
