She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Basel and Margaret Bell Matlock (Sawvell); her former spouse Foster Fred Capps, II; her husband Jimmy Starrette Anglin; her sons, Foster Fred Capps, III of Mechanicsville, Larry Jay Capps of Pittsburg Kansas and Starrette Lee Anglin of Carthage, Mississippi; and her siblings, Mike, John Matlock, Hazell Pitcock, Elaine Williams, Connie Helm, Janette Raver and James Matlock. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
