He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Forst and Clara Forst (Palkowitsh); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Pam Doherty; his daughters, Lisa Cothern (Josh) of Caney and Lori Forst; his stepchildren, Marc Doherty of Pittsburg, Amanda Doherty of North Carolina and Alissa Ball (Chris) of Parsons; his grandchildren, Drew Lyons, Jayden Hammond, Dante Hammond, Kadence Ball, Keller Ball and Jordan Cothern; and his siblings, Steve Forst (Linda) of Tennessee, Pat Burrows of Columbus and Christine Emerson (Jeff) of Owasso, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
