He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Scott and Viola Scott (Bennett); his children, Steve Scott and Cathy Ward; and his sisters, Dorothy Bennett and Betty Filby.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Salem; and his daughters, Kay Mein (Rick) of Walnut, Vickie Boss (Jim) of Eureka and Connie Hewlett (Edward) of Nevada. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
