She was predeceased by: her parents, James Madison and Effie Moon (Baker); and her siblings, Paul Moon, Edith Pollick, Carolyn Mahurin and Becky Skidmore.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Kavanagh (Jane) of Girard, Thomas Kavanagh (Ann) of Busch, Janice Norris (Stacy) of Walnut, Christi Bayer (Lester), Tammy Blackburn (Mark), Mike Kavanagh (Pam) of Pierce City, Mary Franklin (Bill) of Girard and Marcia Seims (Dave) of Navare; and her siblings, Wayne Moon, Wanda Williams, Bonnie Shepherd, Erma Helms and Joyce Catron. She is also survived by two grandchildren, forty one great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
