With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mauricia M. O'Brien of Saint Paul, Kansas, who passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry William and Mary Leodcadia Vitt (Donahue); and her siblings, William Vitt, Mary Agnes Thompson and Margaret Mary O'Brien.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Jay" O'Brien; her children, Lisa A. Lalicker (Jason) of Lawrence, Lynn D. Greenough (David) of Parsons, Kansas, Michael J. O'Brien (Melinda) of Kansas City and Dwayne M. O'Brien (Tari) of Pittsburg, Kansas; her grandchildren, Arlie Diederich, Jarett Dauben, Elizabeth Lalicker, Kathryn Lalicker, Shelby O'Brien, Landon O'Brien, Sherie Greenough, Brandon Greenough, Sara Greenough, Abbie O'Brien and Connor O'Brien; and her great grandchildren, Gus Diederich, Patton Diederich, Colt Dauben, Molly Dauben, Case Dauben and Caden Greenough.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private rosary will be held at St. Francis Catholic Church in St. Paul, Kansas, Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 9:30 a. m., followed by a private family funeral mass at 10:00 a. m.
