She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Lavern and Bonita Gardner; and her cousin Audrey Gardner. She is survived by : her parents, Tom Gardner of Pittsburg and Nancy Gardner (Mills) of Girard; her children, Brock Kirkpatrick, Caleb Sammons, Gabriel Sammons, Noah Sammons and Adrianna Sammons; her siblings, Charles Rob Gardner of California and Allyssa Gardner of Pittsburg; and her grandparents, Butch and Linda Mills of Girard. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
