She is survived by: her parents, Tom Gardner of Pittsburg and Nancy Gardner (Mills) of Girard; her children, Brock Kirkpatrick, Caleb Sammons, Gabriel Sammons, Noah Sammons and Adrianna Sammons; her siblings, Charles Rob Gardner of California and Allyssa Gardner of Pittsburg; and her grandparents, Butch and Linda Mills of Girard. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
