She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Patrick Mulligan and Mary Theresa Masat Mulligan; her great-grandparent Emmett; her grandparents, William Mulligan, Kathryn McNeive Mulligan, Joseph Masat and Anna Spielman Masat; her son Patrick Bobb (Hui Livingstone) of Bremerton, Washington; her siblings, Elaine DeVader (Hank) of St. Marys and James Mulligan (Karen) of St. Marys; her siblings-in-law, Raymond Kampf (Pat) and Eleanor Bobb; her friend Toni Calhoon; her husband Donald A. Bobb; her stepson Donald A. Bobb Jr.; her siblings, Mary Lou Janssen and Bernard Patrick Mulligan (Diane) of Ponca City, Oklahoma.; her siblings-in-law, Harry Bobb and Claire Kane; and her close friend Gerald Grundmeier. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
