He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zlatnik and Cecile Thompson Zlatnik; his wife Velma F. Lewelling; his siblings, Evelyn Parkinson, Judith Macha and Roger Zlatnik; and his foster sister Della Blodgett.
He is survived by: his family Delia; his children, Mark Zlatnik (Linda), Carolyn Orozco (Terry) and Alan Zlatnik (Tammy); his sisters, Rosella Hoglund and Mary Alice Huntsman; and his grandchildren, Julie Spring (Gary), Sheila Coons (Bobby), Scott Zlatnik (Isabel), Melissa Smith (Kelly), Joe Zlatnik (Leah), Duane Zlatnik, Lexi Zlatnik and Jennifer Hensley of Rossville. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; five step-grandchildren, and 11 step-great grandchildren.
