He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Woodard and Joy Carlson Woodard. He is survived by: his spouse LouAnn Loveland; his children, Stephen Woodard (Haley Kyser), Michael Woodard and Shannon Woodard; his brothers, Rod Woodard (Pat) and Robert Woodard (Sandra) of Spokane, WA; and his grandsons, Calvin Shaffer and Keith Nicholas Woodard.
