With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred W. Goodson of Saint Marys, Kansas, who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Floyd and Allene Goodson (Baucom); his wife Patrica; his brothers, William, Ray and Orval; his half-brother Kenneth Baxter; his sisters, Juanita and Laura; his stepmother Pearl; and his stepsister Suzie Graham.
He is survived by: his brothers, Clayton and Rex; his children, Anthony Goodson (Deborah), Joseph Goodson (Carolyn), Clare Heschmeyer (Rick), Francis Goodson (Cindy), Paul Goodson, Mary Goodson-Thomas (Lance), Catherine Kohler-Carr (Jerry), Sister Raphael (Colette May), David Goodson (Shirleen), Clinton Goodson and Constance Ochs (David); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Angela, Trevor, Suzie, Brenton, Julie, Brian, Michael, Scott, Melissa, Anna, Sarah, Nicholas, Matthew, Nathan, Elizabeth, Christina, Andrew, Noah, James, Kaitlyn and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Aiden, Ashlynn, Adler, Hadley, Hudson, Ely, Rae, Daniel, Melody, Jason, Kaylee and Connor; and also Fred. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
